| 摘 要： | 体质健康是衡量人健康状况的一项重要标准.对体质健康状况进行了简单介绍,提出了体质和健康之间的关系,通过对高职学生的体质状况进行对比,简要说明了学生体质健康状况的现状以及造成这种现状的成因既包括客观因素也包括主观因素,最后阐述了提升学生体质健康状况的重要措施.

| Abstract: | This paper has carried on the simple introduction of the physical health condition of higher vocational students, points out the relationship between the constitution and health, and then comparing the physique condition of higher vocational students in recent years, briefly illustrates the current situation of the physical health of students, and analyzes the objective and causes for the status quo, finally illustrates the important measures to promote physical health of students. |
