| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查,专家访谈等研究方法,分析江西省普通高校竞技体育发展过程中存在的主要问题,研究发现,生源数量减幅较大、田径项目出现严重生源危机、生源竞技水平不高、教练员缺乏经验、物质保障不足等都是目前江西省普通高校竞技体育面临的严峻问题.针对以上问题,提出了合理布局项目,非均衡协调发展、“一条龙”体系领先,多渠道并举、优化教练员队伍、拓宽渠道,形成多元经费结构等相关的建议,期望为江西省高校竞技体育的发展提供较为科学的理论参考.

| Abstract: | Using literature, questionnaires, expert interviews and other research methods, this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of college competitive sports development in Jiangxi province. It is found by the survey that lack of material security, a large reduction in the number of students, students severe crisis in track and field, competitive level of students being not high, coaches lack of experience and so on are currently serious problem. Aiming at the above problems, a rational distribution of projects, non-balanced and coordinated development, ＂one-dragon＂ system leading, optimizing coaches team, expanding the channels and forming diversified funding structure and other related proposals have been put forward, expecting to provide more scientific theoretical reference for college competitive sport development in Jiangxi. |
