| 摘 要： | 表象训练是运动心理技能训练中应用最广的一种心理技能训练方法,通过对国内体育运动领域中的表象训练研究报告进行分析,认为存在以下不足：缺乏对变量进行操作性定义、无研究假设、被试选取随意、未进行表象训练效果评估及无关变量控制不严密.表象训练研究必须重视这五个重要问题.

| Abstract: | Imagery training is the most prevalent mental skill that was used in the sport psychological skill training. Some shortcomings were found through the analysis of imagery training research in the field of sport, which including lack of operational definition of variables, without any hypothesis, subjects were selected randomly, without evaluation of imagery training and extra variables were not control. These five issues should be pay attention to in the future. |
