| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对陕西省市级体育运动学校文化课教师的学历结构、年龄结构等基本情况和培训、兼职等工作现状进行调查分析.研究结果显示：陕西省市级体育运动学校文化课教师的学历结构、职称结构年龄结构分布较为科学合理;学校师生比例基本合理,但兼职和聘请的教师占一定的比例,显得教师的人员相对短缺;教师对工作的满意感较低,工作主动性不高,教师业务培训情况不容乐观.通过研究为陕西省体育管理和教育管理部门提供对策,以加强陕西省体育运动学校文化课教师队伍建设促进陕西省体育运动学校全面、协调、可持续发展.

Research on the Present Situation of Academic Teachers in Municipal Sports School in Shaanxi Province |

| Abstract: | By literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and other research methods, this paper carries out investigation and analysis of the basic situation such as education structure, age structure and the current work situation such as training and part-time job of academic teachers in the municipal sports school in Shanxi Province. The results show that： the education structure, title structure, age structure of literacy class teacher is more scientific and reasonable distribution; the proportion of school teachers and students is basic reasonable, but the part-time and hire teachers account for certain proportion, make the teacher＇s personnel seems relative shortage; teachers have a relatively low job satisfaction, work initiative of teacher is not high, teacher＇s professional training situation is not optimistic. The research aims to provide countermeasures to sports and education management departments in Shaanxi province to strengthen the construction of teachers teams and to promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of sports school in Shaanxi province. |
