| 摘 要： | 本从构建诚信政府的必要性出发，提出了建立诚信政府过程中出现的问题，进而提出构建诚信政府的对策：保持政府政策的连续性，树立责任政府的观念；扩大政务公开的渠道，提高政府政策的透明度；转变政府职能，提高效率，建立高效、务实、廉洁的政府；政府官员带头讲信用；建立相应的法律机制。

| Abstract: | From necessity of establishment of credit government,The article, puts forward the arisen problems in process of establishment of credit government, then brings forward some countermeasures, keep continuity of public policy, build up conception of responsible government, expands channels of publicity of government affair, improve transparence of government policy, transform function of government, improve efficiency and set up efficient, practical government. Meanwhile government officers should take the lead of delivering credit, establish corresponding legal mechanism. |
