| 摘 要： | 采用历史、文献、逻辑和社会学等方法 ,在回顾总结改革开放以来我国群众体育事业发展经验和分析未来 10年群众体育发展面临的机遇和挑战的基础上 ,对今后较长时期内我国群众体育所处的经济社会环境和发展走向做出预期判断 ,旨在以此为依据提出新世纪前 10年我国群众体育发展目标和主要战略措施

| Abstract: | By using the method of documents, historical and logical analysis, sociology, this paper recalls the experience of mass sports development from adopting the policy of opening up to the outside world, analyzes the chance and challenge in the future of ten years. Based on it, the author predicts the tendency, economic and social environment of mass sports. The main purpose is to put forward the developing target and major strategic measurement. |
