教师绩效工资改革的负效应及应对策略

摘    要:2009年以来突施的义务教育阶段教师绩效工资改革对于激发教师工作积极性起了一定作用,但同时我们也应该关注在实施绩效工资过程中所产生的一些与教育发展不协调的负面效果。从教师绩效工资改革所产生的负效应入手,探寻解决其负面效果的策略,便于使教师绩效工资真正实现其正面功能。

Abstract:Since 2009, the implementation of the reform of compulsory education teachers' performance pay plays a certain role to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm. We should also pay attention to its negative effects and uncoordinated results with the development of education. Therefore, new strategies should be explored to deal with the negative effects, so as to realize the positive function of teachers' performance pay.
