| 摘 要： | 校企合作是当前高职教育发展的必由之路,而校园文化和企业文化的对接与融合是深层次的合作。高职院校应从企业文化的视域,研究企业管理制度,开展专业技能和实践活动,加强实训基地建设,积极拓展校园文化建设的途径。

| Abstract: | Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the only way for the development of higher vocational education while the interaction and amalgamation of campus and enterprise culture is the deep-level collaboration.Higher vocational colleges should study enterprise management system,learn professional skills by practical activities, strengthen the construction of the training base, and expand the way of campus cultural construction from the perspective of the enterprise culture. |
