| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高等职业教育人才培养的基本途径。高职院校广泛深入地开展校企合作,有利于校企资源的共享与互补,增强办学的开放性与适应性,也有利于学生就业。高职院校应进一步采取措施,完善校企合作育人体系,健全校企合作育人机制,校企共建实训基地,加强校企之间文化渗透,推进课程改革,构建校企合作育人评价体系,加强校企师资合作,以推进校企合作育人工作的深化。

| Abstract: | Cooperating education between colleges and enterprises is the basic approach of cultivating talents for higher vocational colleges. Cooperating education is helpful for sharing and complementing resources,strengthening the openness and adaptability of school,and students＂ employment. Higher vocational colleges should take further measures to improve the cooperating education system between colleges and enterprises as well as perfect its cultivating mechanism. In order to make further cooperation, co-establishing training bases should be built to strengthen their cultural communication, promote the curriculum reforms, construct evaluation system, and strengthen teachers＇ cooperation with industry. |
