| 摘 要： | 采用献资料法，问卷调查法，实验法，数理统计等研究方法，对集美大学下属14所院校的部分病弱，肥胖学生进行康复保健教学实验，通过实验前，后的对比分析，认为开设康复保健体育课有助于病弱，肥胖学生恢复健康，增强体质，逐步拉近与正常学生间的距离，为日后的学习，工作奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Some research methods which are information collection, survey and questionnairs, experiment comparison, and mathematical statistics have hecn utilized in rehabilitation and health protection teaching study that focus on fragile and fat students of 14 colleges in Jimei University. By comparing and analyzing the results of the study, this paper draws a conclusion that rehabilitation and health protection physical education can help fragile and fat students recover again, and build up their body which will lav a foundation for their future work and study. |
