| 摘 要： | 科技是生产力,它改变了社会的产业结构、生产方式和革命方式,在世界舞台上发挥着巨大的作用。但由于人们对科技的滥用和误用,产生了一系列的生态环境问题。要解决这一问题,就必须在生态文明的构建中重构科技发展观,使科技的发展在环境能够承受的范围内,真正实现人与自然的和谐。

| Abstract: | Scientific technology is the productive forces.It has changed the social structure,productive mode and revolutionary way and played a great role in the world.However,because of the abuse and misuse of technology,resulting in a series of eco-environmental problems.To solve this problem,we must rebuild the development concept in the ecological reconstruction,making the development of technology becoming true harmony between man and nature in range of the environment. |
