产学全程结合动因分析及其有效契合的教改对策

摘    要:产学全程结合教育的核心是企业全程参与学校的人才培养过程。该教育合作契合力的大小取决于校企双方对人才培养达成的共识、对运行机制的互相理解和各自对自身利益的考虑。实现产学有效契合,需建立主动适应产学全程合作的教学体系、全程式的就业教育体系、开放性的师资建设与管理制度以及相应的激励机制。

Abstract:The core of whole process combination of production with teaching is that the enterprise participate in the whole process of talents cultivation in school,and the compatible force for cooperation is determined by the common cognition to talents cultivation,mutual understanding to operational mechanism and the consideration of self-benefit of school and enterprise.To achieve the effective combination of production with teaching,the teaching system actively adapt to the whole process cooperation,whole process employment education system,open system for the construction of teaching staff and its management and the corresponding inspiring mechanism should be built.
