| 摘 要： | 规则公平、机会平等、效率优先是一种权利对等意义上的起点公平的公平效率观,它的产权基础是适应市场经济需要的排他性所有权的制度安排。凯恩斯主义的收入均等化意义上的公平是一种权利对等意义的结果公平的公平效率观,它的产权基础也是排他性的所有权。马克思主义的生产资料占有意义上的公平和等量劳动获得等量收入意义上的公平是权利平等意义上的公平效率观,它的产权基础是所有权缺乏排他性的制度安排。社会主义市场经济需要的是权利对等意义上的起点公平和收入均等化意义上的结果公平的结合。

| Abstract: | Regulation justice, opportunity equality, efficiency priority is the justice-efficiency viewpoint of start justice which means right equality. Its basis of property right is the regulation arrangement which ada pts to the exclusion of property right in market economy. Keynesian's justice wh ich means income equality is the justice-efficiency viewpoint or result justice that means rights equality. It's basis of property right is also the exclusion of itsownership. Marxism's justice on the ownship of production and the justice of labor equal income are the justice-efficiency viewpoint of right equality. Its ba sis is the regulation arrangement of non-exclusive ownership. Socialism's marke t economiy needs the combination of start justice of right equality and result justice of income equality. |
