| 摘 要： | P物质(Substance P,SP)是人们最早发现的神经肽之一,广泛存在于神经纤维内,通过与受体结合来实现其生理作用.SP是调节机体免疫和内分泌的重要因子,作为一种能被免疫系统和神经系统共同识别的信号物质引起广泛关注.本文主要针对国内外对SP在疼痛、阿尔茨海默病以及肥胖领域的最新研究进行总结,对了解SP的作用具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Substance P(SP) is one of the first discovered neuropeptides.It is widely present in the nerve fibers and has various physiological functions.SP plays an important role in regulating the immune and endocrine.It could be identified as signal by both immune system and nervous system and attracted great concerns.In this present paper,recent studies of SP in the fields of pain,Alzheimer’s disease and obesity were summarized,which is helpful for understanding the roles of SP in health and disease. |
