| 摘 要： | 城乡统筹背景下教育行政绩效包含综合发展绩效、职能绩效和结果绩效。准确核算行政绩效,评价地方教育行政组织的行政能力,是各地区统筹城乡教育发展的动力。本文主要探讨行政投入与产出绩效评估中的问题并提出政策建议。
