| 摘 要： | 积极推进城乡基本公共服务均等化是推进城乡一体化的重要任务，是新农村建设中的一项重要任务，是建设和谐社会的必由之路。结合当前我国城乡基本公共服务非均等化的表现，现阶段应采取打破城乡二元公共服务结构，增加对农村基本公共服务的投入，合理划分政府间公共服务事权等对策。
