| Abstract: | The financial burden which originates from rapid augmentation of senior high schools makes cost-sharing inevitable.The education cost-sharing policy is reasonable theoretically,and from statistics and policies analysis,we can find China is applying this policy step by step.Since this policy has caused several problems about tuition fees and fairness in education,we should try to solve them. |
