| 摘 要： | 人的全面而自由的发展是人们追求的理想,马克思把人的全面发展作为未来共产主义社会的主要特征。而社会制度的公平正义是促进人的全面发展不可或缺的保障。在人类历史发展的过程中,人的发展与制度建设是相互依存、相互作用的伴生过程,制度的公平正义是实现人的全面发展的必由之路。要促进人的全面而自由的发展,必须加强制度的公平正义建设。
