| 摘 要： | 为了阐明人胚胎期甲状腺的形态结构,取胎龄5—14周胚胎期甲状腺81例,进行测量和光、电镜观察。将测量数据做统计学处理并绘制了生长曲线。镜下观察表明:胎龄11—12周时,在甲状腺侧叶的下1/3部分,形成沪泡。沪泡上皮细胞的分泌颗粒和细胞器,随胎龄增长而增加。文中对胎儿甲状腺激素的作用和C—细胞的特点,行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the morphology of thyroid of hum- an fetus, the measurement and observation of thyroids on 81 human fetus of 5--41 Weeks in gestation age were performed with light and electron microsecp e. Statistieal figures were managed and growing curve were draw up. The sults showed that the follicles of thyroid were formed in lateral lobe 1/3 lower part at 11--12 weeks in gestation age. The secretory granu- les and organelles of follicle epithelium increased with the gestation age. The Characteristic of C-cell and the affect of thyroid hormone of fetus were alsodiscussed. |
