| 摘 要： | 基于政府在不同区域创新系统中的地位和实施的各种政策的效用差异,分析了区域创新中政府政策的不足之处,并提出正确政策的做出必须建立在政府对本区域创新环境认识的基础上,政府应针对区域创新系统的不同模式和阶段特点实施相应的政策.

| Abstract: | There is great distinction of government status and policy effectiveness among different regional innovation system.Based on this point,this thesis analyses the shortage of policy on regional innovation system and proposes that right policy depend on acknowledge of regional innovation environment.Government should put forward different policies for the different categories of regional innovation systems model. |
