| 摘 要： | 虽然今后的高职教育经费来源将继续以市场筹资为主，但从公共经济学的角度看，高职教育不能彻底依靠市场筹资，政府必须将有限的公共教育支出在高职领域进行最为合理的配置，以弥补市场筹资的缺陷，促进高职教育持续将健康发展。

| Abstract: | Though most of the fund comes from the market, higher vocational education cannot totally rely on it. Public finance shows that the government should allocate limited expenditure on public education most effectively to make up what market funding lacks and therefore maintain the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education. |
