| 摘 要： | 法律是非物质文化遗产保护的重要手段,对非物质文化遗产保护工作的有序开展具有重要意义。但是目前已出台的地方立法中对非物质文化遗产法律保护亟待解决的关键问题依然没有明确的辨识,立法中也未有相应的设计。因而,需要明晰地方非物质文化遗产法律保护中的亟须重点解决的问题,以便今后的在制定相应法律规范的立法过程中可以做到有的放矢,更好地保护非物质文化遗产。

| Abstract: | Legal protection, as an important means, plays a significance role in orderly protection of intangible cultural heritage. However, local legislation that has been introduced in the Legislative Council on the protection of intangible cultural heritage still remains obscure and without corresponding measures as to the key issues that urgently need resolution. Thus, it is urgent to clarify those key issues in legal protection of intangible cultural heritage so as to formulate well-defined legal norms and better protect intangible cultural heritage. |
