| 摘 要： | 图书馆档案为高校图书馆工作的客观、真实、原始的记录，在高校图书馆工作中具有重要的查考、利用价值。文章在分析高校档案工作现状的基础上，以河北联合大学图书馆为例，分析了该馆档案工作的具体实施办法，并指出其中的优势、不足和改进措施。
