摘    要:基础教育改革的关键是农村教育,而农村教育的关键又在于教师发展。教师建设,尤其是农村教师队伍建设在营造中国教育品牌中占有举足轻重的地位。与此同时,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中,赫然把农村教师流失作为亟待解决的一项重要议题。本文试图从农村教师身份、权利、素养的流失来分析其业已形成的“空心化”局面,进而通过建构“心理契约”来拉长教师队伍中的“最短木板”.推进我国教育健康和谐发展。

Abstract:The key to basic education reform is rural education, and the key to rural education is the development of teachers. Teacher construction, especially the team of rural teachers plays a vital role in establishing Chinese education brand. Recently, teacher drain is an important topic to be solved as soon as possible. This thesis attempts to analyze the "hollow" situation which has already been formed from the drain of teachers' identity, rights, and literacy. "Psychological Contract" is constructed to lengthen the shortest board in the team of teachers, developing our education healthily and harmoniously.
