| 摘 要： | 始于1978年的中国改革开放，它是在新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设的基础上进行的。实现了民族独立和国家统一、确立了独立自主的外交方针、加强和扩大了统一战线，实现和巩固了大团结等方面成为改革开放的政治前提；建立了社会主义基本制度、基本政治制度和基本经济制度等方面成为改革开放的制度基础；建立了独立完整的国民经济体系、取得了社会主义建设的巨大成就和进行了社会主义建设道路的初步探索等方面成为改革开放的经济基础。
