| 摘 要： | 资金筹措、管理经验、创新创业培训教育、社会关系已成为当前青年人才创业创新的瓶颈问题,为此,地方政府应统筹人才资源,支持新兴产业,促进经济转型新发展,为青年创业创新搭建平台;在塑造青年创新创业品牌项目上下工夫,并提供资金、信息、技术、场地、保障等各类政策服务创新创业青年人才,同时为青年开设创业创新技能培训。

| Abstract: | The problems in fund-raising,management experience,the training and education regarding entrepreneural innovation,and social relations constitute the bottleneck problems for young people’s entrepreneural innovation.It is thus suggested that the local government should spare no effort to tackle the human resource problem as a whole,support emerging industry,promote economic transformation and development so that a platform for entrepreneurial innovation can be established for young people,and that the effort be focused on fostering brand prject of entrepreneurial innovation by formulating various policies so that assistance in fund,information,technology,space and training can be offered to young talents. |
