| 摘 要： | 知识产权战略是一个跨法律、经济、科技、文化等学科的边缘性交叉课题。它是运用知识产权法律保护制度,为充分维护自身的合法权益,获得和保持竞争优势并遏制竞争对手,谋求最佳的经济效益而进行的全局性谋划和采取的重要策略与手段。知识产权战略的实施对调整企业产权结构、优化资源配置、转变经济增长方式、提升国家经济创造力与国际竞争力、振兴民族工业、保障国家经济安全等具有极为重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property strategy is a overlapping borderline subject which covers law, economy, technology, culture etc. . The strategy refers to tactics and means which enterprises employ intellectual property and its protection to obtain and keep the advantage of market competition and get the most economic benefit. The strategy attaches importance to enterprises in adjustment of property structure, the best assignment of resources, improvement of national economic creativity and international competition, development of national industry, guarantee of national economic security etc.. |
