| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招和高等教育大众化趋势的发展,社会对人才的需求出现了新变化。不仅要求具备扎实的理论基础和良好的身心素质,还要求具备较强的专业实践动手能力和较高的相关职业素质。这对高校学生管理工作也提出了新的挑战。如何对高校学生管理工作进行创新,使之适应这一新形势、新要求,是摆在高校面前的重要课题。
