| 摘 要： | 随着高校的发展和教学评估工作的不断深入，高校成人教育档案管理的漏洞越来越明显。高校成人教育应将档案管理的薄弱环节抓紧抓好：一要重视档案的收集工作，二要规范档案的立卷工作，三要注重档案的分类工作，四要强化档案的管理工作。通过建立和规范成人教育档案管理工作，充分发挥档案在成人教育教学、科研和管理工作中的作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education, especially the deepening of teaching evaluation, some drawbacks in the management of adult education are unveiled. Some weak links in the management should be strengthened： 1 ） collect the files with efforts;2） file by standards;3） emphasize the file classification;4） improve the file management. By building and standardizing the adult education file management, the role can be played in the teaching, scientific research and administration of adult education in universities. |
