| 摘 要： | 基于国内外对信息产业的界定，归纳出信息产业的定义、特征和具体的细分要素。借鉴由菲德(Feder,1983)提出的两部门模型来测度信息产业对经济增长的贡献，将国内部门分为信息产业与非信息产业两大部门，并以这两部门的生产函数为基础，推导出最终的计量模型,然后根据《中国统计年鉴》的有关数据对模型进行回归分析。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the concepts, statistic scope and methods of information industry from the perspective of informatization measurement, with Feder model as theoretical basis, using statistical method to analyze in details how IT sub elements contribute to economic growth. Firstly the whole economy is broken into information industry and non information industry and is derived their final econometrical models according to their production function. Then a regression analysis is make according to related data in “China Statistical Yearbook” from 1990 to 2006. |
