| 摘 要： | 在高等院校连年扩招的大环境下,许多高校每年都要增加不少的新教师,针对青年教师教学能力的现状和存在的问题,需要将教学设计理论合理运用到具体的课堂教学中,使教育教学理论与教学实际相结合,以提高课堂的教学效果。

| Abstract: | In recent years,many universities have to increase the number of staff forced by the big environment of continuously expanding enrollment of students.Considering the new teachers'status quo of teaching quality and existing problems,we should help them to make good use of the theory of teaching design in concrete teaching activities in class,and combine the theory and the teaching practice so as to improve teaching effect. |
