| 摘 要： | 依法治国是党的治国方略,建设法治国家必须树立法治理论.法治是人类社会政治文明发展的成果.确立法治理念必须解决"法治"与"人治"的根本区别,分清"法制"与"法治"的一般特征,处理好"依法治国"与"以德治国"的关系.

| Abstract: | Ruling the country by law is CPC's strategy of running the country.Only when establising the principle that rules the country by law,can we build a socialist state.Ruling by law is the fruits of development with political civilization.To establish the notion of ruling the country by law,we must make a clear-distinction between ruling by law and by humanism.We must distinguish the general characteristic of legal system and ruling by law and handle the relationship between ruling the country by law and ruling the country by virtue. |
