Abstract:In middle schools,science courses demand a huge quantity of high diathesis science teachers.And now in China,it is a very important and effective way to cultivate and train teachers according to their subjects.Based on domestic and foreign research,the thesis discusses ways and strategies of cultivating and training in-service teachers from five aspects: cultivating idea,training series,curriculum structure,curriculum mode and cultivating fashion.And the thesis also makes some thinking of the prospect and developing direction of science teachers' training.
