| 摘 要： | 青少年阶段是人们形成正确的人生观、思想理念的关键时期,根据青少年速滑运动员思想动态的特点,探讨了在速滑运动训练过程中对其实施教育管理的内容和方法。认为选择科学、恰当的思想教育内容和管理方法,对青少年速滑运动员形成良好的个性品质,树立正确的人生观,具有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The junior age is the important phase for them to build up some correct philosophy of life. According to the junior speed skaters' idea character, the article discusses the intention, content and method of management on them in speed skating training. Choosing some scientific and measurable idea education and management method is considered as effective function for them to foster well individuality and build up some correct philosophy of life. |
