| 摘 要： | 通过对我国历届CBA联赛中外援的引进及对其管理的研究,指出目前CBA引援的方式不够完善、管理模式不够完善,对外援不合理的使用影响我国篮球后备人才的培养.并提出完善引援模式和建立合理的外援管理与使用制度,以期对我们今后CBA外援的引进和管理有所借鉴,同时指出应加强我国篮球后备人才的培养力度.

| Abstract: | By probing into the introduction and management of foreign players implemented by our country in all previous CBA games,the author pointed out the followings:In respect to the introduction of foreign players in CBA games currently implemented,neither the manner is perfect enough nor the management mode is matured enough;the irrational use of foreign players has also affected the cultivation of backup basketball talents in our country. Accordingly,the author brought forward the ideas to perfect foreign player introduction mode and to establish rational foreign player management and utilization systems,hoping to provide a reference for introducing and managing foreign players in CBA games henceforward for our country. The author also pointed out that the cultivation of backup basketball talents in our country should be strengthened. |
