| 摘 要： | 文化是一个民族的精神和灵魂。一个民族不会因为贫穷落后而灭亡,但是民族失去文化和精神后注定要灭亡。文化不仅仅影响人自身的素质,而且对社会和谐、国家发展有着深远的影响。可以说,文化决定着一个国家的命运,没有文化的发展与进步,一个国家的发展犹如无源之水、无本之木,注定要被时代所淘汰,让世界所抛弃。

| Abstract: | The culture is the soul of a nation.A nation will not perish because of poor and backward,but will die out after lost culture and spirit.Culture not only influences our quality,but also influences the development of a country.So we can say that the culture of a country decides its fate,without it the development of a country just like water without source and a tree without roots,and the country will be doomed to be out of time,abandoned by the world at last. |
