| 摘 要： | 高校秘书工作的中介性、政治性、封闭性等特性造成秘书人员易出现错位、自卑、焦虑、厌烦等心理偏差,文章通过对心理偏差产生的内因及外因的分析,提出应从秘书人员自身和所处外部环境两方面来努力避免心理偏差.

| Abstract: | For their work is intermediary,political and closed,secretaries in colleges and universities are likely to have mental deviation,such as having errors,feeling inferiority,anxiety and bored.Based on the analysis of the internal and external causes,this article puts forward some countermeasures to avoid this mental deviation from two aspects:secretary herself and the outside environment. |
