| 摘 要： | 备件管理是设备管理的重要组成部分,科学合理的储存备件是生产连续进行的重要保证。大型钢铁企业在备件库存管理方面存在很多问题,主要原因是库存管理模式陈旧。本文提出供应商管理库存、联合库存模式和零库存模式三种国外较流行的库存管理模式,为企业降本增效提供有效的解决途径。

| Abstract: | Spare parts management is a important part of equipments management,storing spare parts scientificly and logically is a important pledge to continuous production. There are many problem in management of spare parts in large scale iron steel enterprises, the main reason is the mode of inventory management is dated.In this article , author refer to three foreign popular mode of inventory management,VMI,jointly managed inventory ,zero stock, provide effective approach for enterprises to reduce cost and improve efficiency. |
