| Abstract: | The library is a place where the pick of the basket gets together and it has a profound historic precipitation and particular culture. The article discusses the connotation of ideology of the library, and the interconnection between the librarians and the carrying-out of the idea. It points out ideology of the library is its soul and the motivation and inspiring factor for the development of libraries. |
