| 摘 要： | 师德建设决定着我国教育事业改革发展的成败.目前部分高校教师存在敬业意识淡薄、精力投入不够、重业务轻道德、育人意识淡化、示范作用欠缺、学术道德意识淡化等问题.为此,必需大力加强师德建设.从加强思想教育、树立模范的师爱形象、建立和完善师德建设机制等方面入手,不断提高教师师德水平.
