| 摘 要： | 对建国以来尤其是改革开放30年来上海市中小学体育师资队伍的数量和质量的调查统计发现；上海市中小学体育教师的数量经过近30年的培养补充，中学的师生比已经有了一定程度的增加．基本满足了国家教育部对体育师资配备的规定要求，但为了适应课程改革的要求，仍需作适当的补充。教师的学历水平相比30年前有了很大幅度的提高，在有些学校已经出现了研究生层次的高学历体育教师。另外，体育教师的年龄和性别结构更趋合理，教师的职称结构有了明显改善，30年前后相比具有很明显的差异。上海中小学体育师资队伍的建设与上海的教育发展的步伐具有高度的一致性。

| Abstract: | The survey and statistics of the quantity and quality of the PE teachers in Shanghai middle and primary schools since the founding of the People's Republic of China and especially in the past 30 years of reform and opening to the outside world reveals that after 30 years' increase of the PE teachers, the proportion of the teachers and students has reached a rational level. This has basically satisfied the requirement of the Ministry of Education on the number of PE teachers. Yet the curriculum reform needs more PE teachers. The education background of the teachers has been improved greatly compared to that of the teachers 30 years ago. Some schools have PE teachers of Master's degree. The age and sex structure of the teachers tend to be more reasonable. Professional title structure of the teachers has been improved significantly compared to that of 30 years ago. High consistency can be found between the construction of Shanghai middle and primary school PE teachers and the education development in Shanghai. |
