| 摘 要： | 从网络反腐的法律依据、法治文化基础、法治环境、技术基础等方面对网络反腐的正当性与合理性进行了理论阐释；阐述了法治背景下网络反腐的风险与挑战以及网络反腐的制度困境，从培育民众理性参与意识、完善网络监管制度、健全网络反腐的运行机制、加强隐私权保护四个方面提出了网络反腐的法治化路径。

| Abstract: | The validity and rationality of network anti-corruption are analyzed theoretically from the as-pects of the legal foundation ,the law culture basis ,the law environment and the technique support .The risks and the challenges of network anti-corruption and system difficuties are discussed .The following four methods are put forward to legalize network anti-corruption ,namely ,fostering people's rational participation consciousness ,perfecting network supervising system ,constructing better mechanism of network anti-cor-ruption and strengthening privacy protection . |
