| 摘 要： | 目前，在高职院校后进生帮扶及转化的对策研究中，还存在着方法比较空泛，不能从方法论的高度加以阐释的问题。从克服高职后进生中存在的行为习惯不良、心理问题较重、学习能力极差和应用技能有待提高等问题出发，力求建构高职院校后进生帮扶及转化的目标模式，并配之以相应的方法论说明，来实现对高职后进生帮扶及转化。
