基于心理学的高职受资助艺术生思政教育模式调查分析

摘    要:高职院校受资助学生的思想政治教育是高校思政教育工作的重要组成部分,直接影响到学校整体的思政教育水平。通过对405名受资助的高职艺术生进行问卷调查和田野访谈发现,受资助学生的心理健康状况与思想政治教育存在强相关性。针对这类群体存在的个性鲜明、自卑情绪、纪律涣散等心理和行为特征,结合马斯洛需求理论、自卑与超越理论和积极心理学等理论,对他们的心理健康、能力准备、意识形态和人生价值四方面进行分析,提出了基于心理学的思政教育模式与发展策略,为高职院校的艺术生思想政治教育提供了重要参考依据。

Investigation and Research on the Ideological and Political Education Model of the Art Students Sponsored by Higher Vocational Education Based on Psychology

Abstract:Ideological and political education of sponsored students in higher vocational colleges is an important component of education in colleges and universities,which directly affects the overall level of ideological and political education in colleges.Based on the questionnaire survey and field interview of 405 sponsored art students,it was found that there is a strong correlation between mental health status and ideological and political education.According to the psychological behavior characteristics of such groups,such as distinct personality,inferiority and laxity of discipline,and combining with Maslow's demand theory,inferiority and transcendence theory and positive psychology,this paper analyzed their psychological health,ability preparation,ideology and life value,and put forward the ideological and political education mode and development strategy,which provided important reference for the ideological and political education of art students in higher vocational colleges.
