摘    要:产教融合活动涉及职业学校、企业、政府、行业协会等多方主体的权益,不同利益相关者的诉求、地位和影响力不尽相同。通过对产教融合利益相关者之间的博弈分析,发现产教融合实践中存在各利益相关者对产教融合政策执行力度弱、地方政府对产教融合活动的评价机制尚不完善、企业参与产教融合活动的意愿较弱、职业学校缺乏对接地方经济发展的专业体系等困境。以产教融合利益相关者为视角,应从协调与定位产教融合中各利益相关者的合理角色、构建各利益相关者之间的长效合作机制、完善产教融合的激励措施、创建双师型教师团队、提高人才培养质量等方面促进区域性产教融合政策的健康持续发展,为教育部门、法律部门的决策提供学理支撑和实践依据。

Abstract:The integration of industry and education involves the rights and interests of vocational schools,enterprises,governments,and industry associations,but the different stakeholders have different demands,status and influence.Through the game analysis among the stakeholders of industry-education integration,it is found that there are many difficulties in the practice of industry-education integration,such as the weak implementation of the policy,the imperfect evaluation mechanism of local government,the weak willingness of enterprises to participate in industry-education integration,and the vocational schools lacking of professional system to connect with local economic development.From the perspective of stakeholders in the integration of industry and education,we should coordinate and position the reasonable roles of stakeholders in the integration of industry and education,build a long-term cooperation mechanism among stakeholders,improve the incentive measures for integration of industry and education,create a dual teacher team,improve the quality of personnel training,etc.,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional integration of industry and education policies and provide the theoretical support and practical basis for decision making of the departments of education and law.
