情境模拟教学法在高校足球课中的实验研究

摘    要:本文通过对华南师范大学足球公共体育课大二学生进行实验研究,探讨情境模拟教学法在高校足球公共体育课中运用的实效性。通过文献综述、问卷调查、数理统计、实验法等对华南师范大学足球公共体育课进行情境模拟教学法的实验研究,通过选取华南师范大学足球公共体育课的学生36人(男生)为实验对象,分为实验组和对照组各18人,进行为期16周32课时的教学实验,收集处理学生身体素质、足球专项体能技能、体育学习兴趣以及足球比赛能力数据进行分析处理得出如下结论:(1)情境模拟教学法与传统教学法在学生足球专项技能定位球踢远与运球绕杆射门的教学上均有较好的效果。(2)情境模拟教学法较传统教学法更能促进学生五十米与一百二十米折返跑能力。(3)情境模拟教学法较传统教学法能更好的提高学生体育学习兴趣。

Abstract:This paper conducts an experimental study on the sophomores in the Public Physical Education Class of South China Normal University to explore the effectiveness of situational simulation teaching method in college football public physical education.Through the literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,experimental methods,etc.,the experimental research on the situational simulation teaching method of the soccer public physical education class in South China Normal University is carried out by selecting 36 students(boys)from the football public physical education class,who are divided into 18 experimental groups and control groups separately.A 16-week teaching experiment that covers 32-hour is conducted to collect data and makes analysis on students'physical fitness,football special physical fitness skills,sports learning interests and football game ability.Results are as follows:(1)Situational simulation teaching method and traditional teaching method both have good effects in the teaching of students'soccer special skills positioning ball kicking and dribbling around the shot.(2)The situational simulation teaching method can promote the students'ability to 50 meters and 120 meters shuttle run better than the traditional teaching method.(3)Situational simulation teaching method can better improve students'interest in sports learning.
