摘    要:学校特色发展是教育变革的基本走向。学校特色发展研究呈现出理论取向与实践取向的特征。国内对学校特色发展的研究存在概念内涵理解表层化、评价研究薄弱化与实践研究经验化的问题。国外相关研究更多关注于学校特色发展的实践,尤其是对学校特色发展实践的评估与影响研究,呈现出明显的"实践取向"。进一步研究应深化完善本土化学校特色发展理论,确立以学生为本的学校特色发展实践研究取向。

Abstract:Amid education reform,schools are required to pursue development while maintaining their individuality.Studies on school development with its own characteristics reveal two traits,that is theory-oriented and practice-oriented.While domestic researches have serious issues:superficial interpretation of concepts,deficiency in evaluation research,and obsolescence of empirical studies.On the contrary,relevant studies in foreign countries focus more on the practice of school development with its own characteristics,especially on evaluation and correlational studies in this regard,which is more practice-oriented.Looking ahead,it is suggested to localize studies and theories on school development with its own characteristics,and uphold student-oriented approach as the guidance.
