| Abstract: | Tianjin Hexi has taken the incubation bases of Technological SME (small and middle enterprise)
into the layout of regional economic development strategy, with the exploration practice, has formed a win-win
situation and trend, this paper takes the development of the practice of SME incubation bases in Tianjin Hexi
for recent years as the theme, talks about the practice experience, the development idea, the specific results and
reference from four aspects of the base construction, capital support, talent security, the environment optimize. |
