| 摘 要： | 对传统的企业竞争情报服务信息平台实现模式进行了分析,为克服其不足,提出一个改进的实现模式,并对其主要功能的作用和实现方法进行了明确的阐述。改进的实现模式设立一个专门的数据收集处理中心对企业内部和外部有关的信息进行广泛的收集和规范化处理,并引入数据仓库技术为企业的竞争情报的分析提供全面、高质、高效的数据支持,同时也在一定程度上提高了平台的可扩展性。
