| 摘 要： | 全国文化信息资源共享工程作为一项以现代信息技术为主要手段的国家级文化创新工程,是构建新型文化传播体系的重要载体。经过5年来的实践,文化信息资源共享工程已形成了互联网、卫星网、电视网为主要传输渠道,光盘/移动硬盘为辅助传输手段的网络传输体系,各种传输手段各有其特点、适用范围,并在资源传输体系中各有其定位。

| Abstract: | As a national cultural innovative project which takes modern information technology as its chief method,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is the principal carrier for constructing new cultural communication system.After five-year practice,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has formed network transmission system,of which internet,satellite network,TV network are the chief channels,and CD and mobile hard disc are auxiliary transmission methods.The different transmission methods have their own characteristics,scopes and positions. |
